I forgot to take photos of all the Christmas presents I made – but I did snap a few.
This was for Lydia, my sister – she’s a big Tove Jansson fan, as am I, and I thought this would be fitting as a library sign.
You may not be quite able to make it out, but Moomintroll and Little My are reading The Summer Book (one of our favourites).
All handpainted/inked on driftwood. It’s far from perfect – but I don’t think it needed to be, working with driftwood lends itself to a different form of art.
