Friday Photo #11 Millennium Clock Tower Selfie

As this is published I am sitting on a train heading south, slowly twisting through mountains towards my favourite city in (what is currently) the United Kingdom: Edinburgh. This, the capital of Scotland, has always pulled me. She is a strong magnet (not least because my sister Lydia lives there with her quite-frankly-awesome friend, both of whom I cannot wait to see).

I have already shared this picture on my blog, but not as a part of this Friday Photo series. It is oddly popular on flickr too. This is the Millennium Clock Tower, in the National Museum of Scotland and, in particular, the mirrored pendulum, with me in it, reflected in time. When I visit Edinburgh, I always visit the clock.

I think I might have to try and take a new photo of myself reflected here. Although, in August, Edinburgh is a teeny bit busy. I hear tell of some sort of festival, or something…?
